Toddlers are resourceful little things. With their curious ways they seek out to discover and conquer every challenge they are faced with. I am not referring to a toddler overcoming the challenges of potty training, feeding themselves or even the seeming difficulty they might have with listening and following instructions. So what is a mother suppose to do? The house cannot clean itself nor have I ever heard of dishes washing and drying themselves. I kept telling myself that surely there was a simpler way to get everything done and keep babies safe without resulting in losing my mind.

Recently I had a conversation with a friend of mine regarding my child and her amazing disappearing acts. I asked my friend how she managed to run such a smooth house and stay on top of her business as well. I envied her flawless parenting abilities and amazingly clean house. The young mother laughed and asked me if I had ever heard of a baby trend playard and if not then I might want to read up on one.
